Ariya joined CBRE’s National Investment Team as a Research & Financial Analyst in 2025. In her role, supports underwriting and financial analysis, conducts market research, and assists in the preparation of investment proposals and due diligence for all asset classes across Western Canada.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ariya worked with Avison Young’s Capital Markets team in Edmonton, where she gained experience in the transaction process by preparing deal documents, developing marketing materials, and conducting financial and market analysis. Additionally, she interned as a Private Banking Associate at RBC, supporting high-net-worth clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ariya holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with distinction and a Real Estate Certificate from the University of Alberta, complemented by an academic exchange at Copenhagen Business School.
