Duncan MacLean joined CBRE in 2005 and has been a member of the National Investment Team (“NIT”) for the past 18 years in Calgary, Alberta. Recently joining NIT in Vancouver, Duncan brings his two decades of commercial real estate experience, specializing in the sale of office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets, and has been involved in over $20 billion of closed investment transactions. He values collaboration, excels at working with various stakeholders across organizations and delivering results. He is in constant contact with and provides guidance to private, public and institutional investors across the country. Duncan is well respected at CBRE as he is a three-time recipient of the Hutcheson Award which recognizes the top investment team in the country, a two-time recipient of the investment deal of the year at the NAIOP REX Awards and received the Peter Crompton Award (Canadian Rookie of the Year) when starting out his career as an investment broker.
