Lisa Presta joined the National Investment Team in October 2018. As Marketing Director, she leads the team’s marketing strategy and manages the execution of high-impact property marketing campaigns. Since joining the team, Lisa has executed marketing initiatives supporting more than $7.5 billion in transaction value across multi-family, retail, industrial, office, and land development assets. A strategic marketer and accomplished copywriter, she develops sophisticated collateral including offering memorandums, investor packages, brochures, digital campaigns, websites, social media content, and promotional video.

Lisa specializes in translating complex investment narratives into compelling, results-driven marketing. Prior to joining CBRE, she built a strong foundation in marketing, communications, and public relations across the health care, banking, retail, and public service sectors.
