Symposia, a new student rental housing development

Symposia is a new 458-bed student rental housing development near Simon Fraser University (SFU) in Burnaby. With expected completion in 2028, Symposia will be fully furnished and is the second purpose-built rental building and fifth residential building overall at UniverCity – SFU’s housing community on Burnaby Mountain. CBRE was proud to have represented Mosaic Homes, a Vancouver-based developer, and successfully transact the project to one of the largest private owners of student housing globally, marking a notable expansion of their Canadian student housing portfolio.
